  1. The promotion is open to guests who book direct with Bay Plaza Hotel by phone or email for a stay between 4 July and 19 July 2026 (school holiday period).
  2. To enter, guests must mention the giveaway at the time of booking. Bookings must be made directly by phone or email - online bookings are not eligible for this promotion.
  3. Guests must follow Bay Plaza Hotel on both Facebook and Instagram to be eligible to win.
  4. Sharing the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram earns additional entries.
  5. The promotion is not valid for bookings on 11 July 2026 (All Blacks v Italy).
  6. The prize consists of: 1 x night's accommodation at Bay Plaza Hotel and 1 x Family Pass to the LEGO® Star Wars™ Exhibition in Wellington (2 adults + 2 children).
  7. The family pass is non-refundable. Travel costs to and from the exhibition are not included.
  8. The giveaway closes at 12pm on Friday 3 July 2026. The winner will be drawn at random and contacted prior to their stay.
  9. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
  10. No cash alternative will be offered.
  11. By entering, participants consent to their name being used in winner announcements on Bay Plaza Hotel's social media channels.
